Built as a staging desk, not a beach souvenir shop

Kass A exists because Red Sea weeks often begin far from the quay - in Delta cities, inland offices, and calendars that need logistics before saltwater.

01

Why Tanta is the point, not a compromise

Gharbia sits hours from Hurghada and Sharm corridors. That distance forces a different honesty. If you are moving divers from the Delta to a morning splash, you need scanned certification cards, medical questionnaires collected early, transfer windows that survive traffic, and a habit of saying - not this week - when swell or wind makes the plan theatre.

Kass A grew from that problem. Divers wanted one number that could answer - Is Brothers realistic for my logbook? - without a sales script. The desk answered with site notes, seat lists, partner boats we trust enough to argue with, and a refusal to pretend every day is glass-flat.

We still love the water. We just refuse to romanticize the paperwork that keeps people safe enough to enjoy it.

What the desk actually delivers

Trip placement

Day-boat seats and liveaboard weeks matched to certification - not to whatever brochure arrived in the inbox that morning.

Training path

Theory and confined water can start near the Delta; Red Sea checkouts happen when skills are clean, with ratios we can defend.

Kit discipline

Rental sets sized in advance, service dates logged, SMB and alternate air treated as standard - not optional theatre.

Listen

We take dive count, last splash date, and what you think you want - then we tell you what the sea will actually allow.

Assign

Corridor, boat type, guide density, nitrox yes/no. Confirmation is a document, not a vibe.

Stage

Transfers, hotel meet points, kit bags labelled. Forms leave Tanta complete.

Stand behind

If weather vetoes the plan, we reschedule or credit per the terms you already received.

Working principles

Four rules we do not bend for a five-star review

  • Brief before hype - depth, gas, exit plan, lost-buddy procedure.
  • Guides and skippers hold the veto; guests do not override weather.
  • Wildlife is not a prop - distance rules stay fixed even when the camera is hungry.
  • Paperwork ready before you leave Tanta - cards, medicals, emergency contacts.

Read safety standards

Who Kass A is for

DELTA STARTERS

Guests who begin inland

If your week starts in Tanta, Cairo links, or other inland points, we treat logistics as part of the dive product - not an afterthought taxi.

LOGBOOK REALISTS

Divers who want an honest match

You would rather hear - not Brothers yet - than discover mid-week that the site needed fifty dives you do not have.

COURSE SEEKERS

People earning the next card

From first bubbles to Divemaster hours - with theory that can begin at the desk and saltwater that waits for clean skills.

NOT FOR

Checklist tourism

If you need guaranteed hammerheads, guaranteed glass seas, and zero paperwork, we are the wrong desk - and we will say so.
