1. Who we are

2. Informational website
Site content - including site notes, depths, and marine descriptions - is general information. Conditions at sea change. Final dive plans are confirmed by guides and skippers on the day.
3. Bookings and partners
Submitting a form is a request, not an automatic contract. A binding booking exists only when we (or a named partner) send written confirmation with dates, price, and conditions. Third-party boat and training operators may apply their own terms; we will point them out when relevant.
4. Fitness and documentation
You confirm that information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for certification cards, medical fitness to dive, and insurance. We may refuse or cancel participation when safety standards are not met.
5. Weather and operational changes
Trips may be delayed, rerouted, or cancelled for weather, safety, mechanical, or regulatory reasons. Remedies follow the confirmation terms for that booking.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse forms with spam, malware, or false identities.
- Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades service.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
7. Intellectual property
Text, branding, and layout on eg-kass-a.click belong to Kass A or its licensors. Locally stored photographs are used under applicable Pexels license terms. You may not copy substantial content for commercial reuse without permission.
8. Liability
Diving involves inherent risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kass A is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for partner operational failures beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Cookie use is described in our Cookie Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you. Disputes shall first be addressed with the desk at [email protected].
